>show titled Monk>isn't about a monk, but a normal guy just named MonkWhat were they thinking?
>>215379853Cadfael should have been called Monk.
I never watched it because OCD people are annoying and I don't like thinking about them.
>>215379922>catholic monk, hater of witchcraft>enchanting
>>215379853you think thats bad? i watched warlock and sorcerer expecting niggas to read out of books and shoot lightning from their hands n shiet and instead i get henry fonda western and some faggots driving a truck full of explosives
>show titled Colombo>isn't about yogurt, but a normal guy just named Colombo
>>215380266>Catholics hating witchcraft
>>215379965What's your affliction?
>>215379853Is this good detective kino? Are the deduction and observations possible by intelligent people? Det. Goren in criminal intent is incredibly perspicacious.
>>215382138the show is amazing. the main guy is of course a genius, but he's got a lot a problems -- namely, 142 phobias. he has to overcome a different one while solving each case, making his episodic character arc compelling enough to continue watching. my problem with shows like colombo and csi is that they're too formulaic. in every episode of monk they're reinventing the sequence of the investigation. the way monk solves the cases, seemingly by observing random shit via serendipity and piecing the murder together, is mind blowing. the overall tone of the series is both funny and sad, but i can't say that there's any filler, every episode is a treat. highly recommend.
>>215382138Check it out, anon. It's pretty comfy.
>>215383513>>215383559Will give it a shot, I never saw it because I didn't have cable when it was running. It also seemed to be broadcast alongside with psych which seemed to rely on silliness and pop culture references.
>>215383513I didn't like using because of the fictional methods they used that are literally impossible, the enhancement of security footage for example. Jurors in courtrooms fall for this.
