Good dramas are still made, the problem is the boggining. Everyone is bogged to oblivion and it takes me out of it so quickly and you only get like 2-3 historical dramas every few years where people actually look somewhat normal.

2010 Cow Cow is indeed the most based but at least 1994 finished the series instead of just ending 4/5 of the way through the entire story. 1994 also has this weird 90s charm that's very endearing on rewatches, and doesn't make some of the more questionable adaptation choices that 2010 does.
