The Jetsons were always really boring to me. Despite being in the future it always just seemed so mundane, they never do anything interesting or clever, it's always just technobabble versions of normal things and having a character press one button to do a chore while complaining about being overworked, that's all they could come up with for a future family.I get the impression that the only reason the Jetsons stuck around at all is because it's basically a vastly inferior companion piece to the Flintstones. Half the jokes in the Flintstones were also basically "dinosaur versions of normal things" but that's actually a funny joke.>It's a living!

Hannah Barbera was making low budget tv shows, not premier animated films like disney.The Jetsons were pretty mid tier at best even by Hannah Barbera standards though. Scooby Doo and Johnny Quest are far better and various other of their characters were funnier like Yogi Bear or Top Cat.
