Bad advice. Dyels will just buy garbage then get bored of it when they realize it's something they have to do several times a week. It's better to just stop being a faggot and walk into the gym. Once you learn what lifts to do and equipment you need, as well as you're sure you'll stick with it, then you can consider a home gym.

This. I've never seen anyone being made fun of for being out of shape or not lifting enough weight. The guys who scream during every rep get some eye rolls, but that's about it.

2. Don’t make equipment unavailable if you are not using it (e.g., sitting on a bench while scrolling on your phone).
3. Use equipment properly (e.g., no curls in the squat rack).
