Audiences don't care about the vast majority of the characters that have been announced, and nothing has really built up to this to make it feel like a big event the way Infinity War did. I'm just imagining 100 year old Magneto fighting Shang Chi and wondering if that would appeal to anyone besides avid funko pop collectors. Idk maybe if they have Toby Maguire Spider-Man teaming up with Hugh Jackman Wolverine to fight Hulk or something it'd be enough fanservice to satisfy fans but I feel like they're saving that for Secret Wars which won't bode well for this movie.
