As someone who used to prefer Power Rangers over the years with the occasional dabbling in Sentai, I'd honestly say Sentai. I've more recently started to prefer Sentai anyways and I'd especially recommend catching up on Gozyuger whilst you're at it. Kamen Rider is also great if you wanna get into that (more to my personal taste anyways).
