Am I the only person who has watched this?
This is the third thread I've made, last two didn't get even one response. I think it was better than Goosebumps.
>>
I remember liking it but I haven't watched it in 30 years
>>
>>215490813
You need to get better at making threads.

For me, it's the haunted ATM.
>>
>>215490813
It was ok and there was also only like 10 episodes.

Does anyone remember picrel?

Last month I got recommended some episodes on Youtube out of the blue, I saw it as a little kid in the mid 2000's, they were playing re-runs.

But on youtube it's 360p and a not very good one.

I remember it had a really weird vibe to it, more than Goosebumps
>>
I just remember the original kids quit the show and they had to do season 2 “in another universe”
>>
>>215490887
It has 19 episodes.
Never seen this Odyssey show
>>215490852
>For me, it's the haunted ATM
Yeah that was a good ep.
>>
It was fun, like Twin Peaks for kids
>>
This show holds up surprisingly well, but Dash X is such a fucking poochie lmao.
>>215490909
S2 came out several years later, they probably re-cast the kids so they would be kids and not teens.

There's an episode with Tobey MaGuire
>>
I never saw it. I saw a commercial of a disembodies hand grabbing someone's leg under s bathroom sink when I was like 6 and it spooked me for like 5 years. But I didn't avoid it for that reason, I just never saw it on the TV schedule.
>>
>>215490813
I’d get up early as fuck to watch this. Why the fuck did they put new shows on at 7 30 in the morning.
>>
>>215491019
>when I was like 6
That's when I watched it, I was scared but I couldn't stop watching it. They would play re-run as morning Saturday cartoons in my cunt.
>>
>>215490813
It's good. Just rewatched the episode with the ATM with AI built in. Pretty gud. Just a fucking shame there's no good quality version of the show.
>>
>>215491048
>he didn't watch SNICK on the big orange couch
>>
>>215491016
>>215491019
I do agree it holds up, I re-watched it a few years ago and it's fun to watch.
>>
>>215491079
The 360 of the freeonline streaming sites is not that bad.
>>
Mr. X
>>
>>215491018
Tobey was Player X in the movie Molly's Game, and apparently he's a huge massive asshole IRL. Like, such a fucking asshole he's basically a rapist kind of bad.
>>
>>215491146
360p is SHIT bro. Give me a high bitrate 480p/576p.
>>
>>215490887
I watched both. The only thing I remember from Eerie was a bunch of dogs singing about "them bones."

I watched it but don't remember it being that good. Better shows around this same time were Are You Afraid of the Dark? Adventures of Pete and Pete and Salute Your Shorts. It's a forgettable show. I remember being very excited to watch it because I'm in Indiana and we barely get mentioned.

Hey Dude was alright. I liked the girls in the show (I was little and slightly older girls like Clarissa were very appealing when you're 8 or so) I liked the horses because my parents had horses.

>>215492672
ok prove me wrong, post some clips, I'll watch it and see

I remember Zeke The Plumber, AWFUL WAFFLE, the guys being sick and eating ice cream, capture the fort, SYS was very memorable.

I remember a show that had the main character starring in a "show" where there's a scene where he gets shot but the thing is the person doing the shooting is using a real gun and everyone knows he is going to shoot the main character and just seems okay with it. I thought it was from this show but I remember watching the series a decade or so ago and it wasn't in there.
>>
>>215494168
Shuki was a based jew who hosted high-quality versions of all his music on his website.

I watched both, great series I once wished could have a revival.
But given the current state of things, I think it's better they stay buried.

>>215491016
More than a Season 2, I would call it a spin-off. I did like The Next Dimension, but the MC duo didn't have the same charm as Marshall and Simon had.
>>
>>215492547
For me this was the best PR knock-off Saban ever managed to make.
>>
>>215490813
I liked this show when it came on but what worked against it was being a prime time show when parents choose what's on and not a cable show on a kid's network that could show it before the game came on. It's an NES Generation classic though.
>>
>>215491770
I always woke up to watch Beast Wars. Absolutely loved it, but I had frequently had to sit through some Kenneth Copeland slop that came on just before it.
>>215492547
I don't remember much about Beetleborgs besides the action figures.
>>
i seen it. it was kind of cool i think. i don't remember any of it except the one time they didn't change the clocks to daylight savings time. i thought that was cool

Latin American anon here, both shows were broadcasted on local TV in my country at some point in time. Eerie Indiana was also rerunned in Fox Kids LA.

Really a pity their Spanish dubs are absolute lost media right now. I think one Eerie dubbed episode has been found, but that's it.

Rumor is that he's an incredibly good poker player but instead of open competition he plays private games with high rollers who love the novelty of playing with a celebrity and Tobey supposedly cleans them out.
>>
>>215490813
I host comicon Q&As and I've talked about this with Omri Katz and Jason Marsden who have fond memories. Folks also forget that Joe Dante was a producer and had a big hand in it.
>>
>>215490813
i watched a few episodes of it when it came out but i think there was something i liked more in a conflicting time slot like true colors or in living color or something else
>>
>>215495800
Saint Seiya, of course.
Escaflowne, not when it was broadcasted originally on local TV (But I watched it later through the classic fansubbed DVDs).

Eerie Indiana was weird & I don't just mean, like, le surreal twin peaks non sequitur weird. if it had been written and produced by scientologist and / pedophiles it wouldn't have surprised me
>>
>>215494583
Same. Also shows like this are what created the image of the US in my mind. Basically a small town with creepy stuff going on.

I ended up liking him since they wrote some of the best episodes about him like the lodge of corn one or when he teams up with the devil to scam people
>>
>>215499455
How so? Can you describe it without spoiling it?
>>
>>215497563
Based. I only saw Caballeros out of order. I remember the green dragon tattoo and him hiking with his suit in a box. Same with escaflowne, actually saw the ending without knowing it. Didn't see it completely till a decade later.
>>
>>215502396
Watch the series, it's only 19 episodes. It's pretty fun.
>>
>>215502396
>Can you describe it without spoiling it?
Impossible, but just make sure you are watching it in the right order, some lists put "The Broken Record" as the last episode but that is due to some issues there were in the broadcasting order.
The true final episode is titled: "Reality Takes a Holiday".
>>
>>215502677

I slept, woke up, happy Sunday guys. I watched this last night ITT when you linked it. Here to reply to you now. I actually DO remember this. I was probably 5 or 6 when this was on TV based on the Copyright date at the end, 1991? Kids need more KINO like this today, that money doesn't buy them happiness or real friends, most people have to learn this the hard way.

I grew up in Indiana in the 90s, we didn't change our clocks for DST (IN has DST now, a more recent change) and the state is split in two time zones... And we really did grow up like this kid on the show, riding your bike around with your friends, going into stores alone, no parental supervision, just kids of different ages all playing together. I got in some trouble, got hurt, but everyday was an adventure. The only screens we had were cable TV and Super Nintendo, maybe a gameboy.

I think it was a nice childhood in that regard, the riding bikes thing. I miss that.
>>
>>215503643
Yeah it's a pretty good show :)
>Kids need more KINO like this today, that money doesn't buy them happiness or real friends, most people have to learn this the hard way.
Yes, at the end of every episode there's a lesson, it's a pretty wholesome show.

Sounds like a good time fren, cheers. It was very comfy watching it as a kid and learning about America and learning the language through watching shows like that.

Yes, seeing the thread reminded me and I thought - ok let's try one last time and make a thread about this show that I've never seen anons talk about.
