Air Force Z (also known as SFZ Stealth Force Z) is a 2023 horror-thriller film directed by and starring Tara Reid. The movie follows the President of the United States and her staff aboard a flight back to Washington, D.C., when they learn of a zombie apocalypse triggered by a defective vaccine. As the outbreak spreads, chaos erupts mid-flight when infected crew members begin turning into zombies.

The film features a cast including Yasmine Bleeth, Dennis Rodman, Coolio (in his final film role), and members of Insane Clown Posse. It was produced by Scotty Gelt Productions and completed in 2022, with a release date yet to be widely confirmed.
