What did you think of Anya Taylor's role in this one? I didn't find it scary at all
back before she messed up her faceanyway, the VVitch is kino
>>215491904Wasn't scary I agree but it I didn't regret watching it.
>>215491935>>215491927It...made me feel...things...
>>215491904why did they spell "witch" wrong in the title
>>215491959Because the girl is a true bitch
>>215491904I like how Anya’s early career was horror and she played the monster. She does have a very creepy vibe to her.
I think I probably wouldn't do it but if Anya was really insistent about me licking and sucking on big fat cocks for her and milking them with my slut mouth until they cum down my throat I would definitely consider it even though I'm straight.
>>215491904Midsommar was better
>>215491904The movie title angers me so much that i will never watch it because of it.The letter W has already existed for centuries and was part of the typeset.
>>215492150Its a scandinavian version, of course it uses a more efficient system compared to american degeneracy. Who needs another letter when vv can do?
>>215491904The parents were greatthe short screen time of the villains were greatthere was a lot of open space in the shots were they should have put barely visible witches in the shotI said last week in a thread that they should do a sequel that takes place decades laterThomasin and her fake brother and sister are taken in to the village her family was exiled from posing as victims of the roaming bandits and indiansduring the week before the full moon on Halloween the witches start laying curses on each villager in different ways including a plaguethe whole time the witches are staying in a barn where a young hero discovers the 3 witch siblings having a threesome and the brother doesnt have a dick or balls because he sacrificed them for his powerhe goes to get help but then is confronted with the rest of the coventhe whole village diesyoung hero escapes and moves to Salem where you see he is orchestrating the witch trials
>>215491989well shes the first illuminati girl to not cry during her first analso they cast typed her for a while
>>215491959Their W key was broken and they thoughy no one would notice 2 Vs
>>215492033Bette
>>215492297What a sad ass she got
>>215491904It's a great movie and she was very good
>>215492297they're going to be in DUNC 3 together
>>215492245Why did you type "who" instead of "vvho" then?
>>215492333I love historical pieces. I wish I could live in that time period free from all this modern degeneracy.
>>215491904it doesn't mean to be scary. its whole style is designed to create a spooky and unsettling atmosphere.
>>215491904I watched The Witch early this morning for the first time in nearly a decade, and not only is it a phenomenal film, Anya was peak in it. I couldn't help but be reminded of Midsommar on occasion and it makes sense given Lars Knudsen produced both films.
>>215491959W is actually a double V if you think about it.
>>215492380>>215492514But the point of a horror movie is to scare the crap out of you. Midsommar was better in that regard
>>215491904She looks so good in that rural peasant garb that I'm not supposed to like because it's problematic
I got in an argument with a coworker about this movie recently. He said it's a great movie about an evil girl destroying her family, then finally enjoying her evil when she chooses to join the devil in the end.I told him it was a story about the devil attacking a vulnerable family in the wilderness to get the girl he wanted, and she only joined him in the end as a survival technique because the rest of the family was dead.He claims that she "threatened to use her powers" against a brother and that proves she was being seduced by evil and had power. I told him that was just kids trying to scare each other and it was common for women to be demonized like that and she just leaned into it.So tell me I'm right and he's a dumbass
>>215492582Midsommar is a 10/10 but Witch is a 9/10 so I agree.
>>215492033Midsommar was better when that jew made it the first time and called it Hereditary and had Toni Collette play the main role. Flo Pig was really cute in Midsommar though.
>>215492582>MidsommarEven the Nic Cage version was better.
Can’t tell if this movie is an allegory for feminism or just Eggers love of commuting to the historical method like the Northman
>>215493311What the fuck is Paimon though? Why does the guy hyperventilate later when he's doing meth or something? What is the cult? How did the notebook kill the father instead of the mother? What the fuck is up with this movie?
>>215492582Midosommor is mogged hard by the wicker man
>>215493506Not to sound like a plebbitor but I’m pretty sure the movie is about generational traumaGrandma is a turbo bitch who begins to haunt the daughter and finally the grandsons body is literally possessed by the devil
>>215493506i haven't seen it for a while but i'm pretty sure that was all explained in the movie.
>>215492543But it's pronounced "double u". The title should be The UUitch.
>>215493521Agreed. Wicker Man is the superior movie
>>215491904She is a very sinful woman!
the dude who played the father has the most annoying voice I've ever heard.
>>215493459Chris Finch. A bloody good rep.
>>215491904It's not suposed to be scary i think it's supposed to make you doubt and have this conflict toward who is who and the disturbing events that happen to a family because of poison bread corn or is it actually a real witch ???
>>215494160What? I liked his voice, he sounds manly>>215494224Anya did great in her role. I like the poison bread corn hypothesis
>>215493881It should be THE VVHORE because she shows her cleavage off to her own brother like an insolent wench. Figuratively begging to be intercoursed for the entire movie
>>215493506Paimon is a demon you can look up demons that King david defeated with his ring in wikipedia and supposedly theres like 33 of these demons, some demons have their own wiki, Paimon is supposed to be a follower of lucifer or something like that, in the movie they tell the story through fragments and small moments like seals appearing in several places, boon of demons rituals and thay in order to bring back paimon you need and vessel that is the second kid but it need to be male thats why the little kid gets kill, you need to behead three generations that is the grandma the mother and her little sister and paimon will introduce in the dude in order to become literal Demon Paimon, is from the start of the movie is also a allegory for generational trauma and a drama of a broken family that has unspoken problems
>>215494300Agreed, her mother was right. Thomasin only brings sin and bad thoughts to her family and brings lust to old men everywhere
It was a really fun movie, genuinely scared me. That time period sucked
>>215494591I kind of wanted to live in that time
>>215493311:O
>>215493221you're both dumbasses, but you're right
I did not like the movie. The parents' unhinged turbo christcuckery got their entire family killed. The whole movie is unimpactful when the only thing Thomasin is guilty of is wanting some butter, while everyone else around her is a deranged monster. It would have been a better story with Taylor's character being more meaningful if she actually was a bitch. The very first spooky scene with the baby disappearing could have been played as unreliable narrator with Thomasin secretly yeeting the baby herself because she hated her situation, instead it really was just stupid forest witch who ground it up for flying sauce.>father gets them all banished and can't provide>mother spends a week doing nothing but praying and loudly considering selling her daughter to slavery>brother oggles his sister's nonexistent cleavage and eats apples from strange women in the forest>twins talk to the satanic goat unsupervised
>>215495124Turns out life doesn't always work out like you imagined. The movie is perfect
>>215491904To me this was a comfy period piece, not scary at all. And Anya was at her most beautiful and pre bogg.
>>215495124>The parents' unhinged turbo christcuckery got their entire family killed. Oh no, realism. >The whole movie is unimpactful when the only thing Thomasin is guilty of is wanting some butter, while everyone else around her is a deranged monster. This doesn't make it "unimpactful" the point of the movie is that Thomasin was a good girl in a family of evil christcucks and finds community with the devil and his witches.
>>215495500If she was such a good girl. Why did she always have her tits out? Why was she always tempting her little brother with her beautiful nubile tits?
I don't think she's pretty. She looks like a fucking alien hybrid.
>>215495500The parents are puritan heretics so worthless slaves
>>215492267They already made Black Death
>>215492368Your ass and hands would never ever be clean.
>>215495124It’s actually the mom they got them banished for being a catholic, it stems from him selling her communion cup.
>>215492267>I said last week in a thread that they should do a sequel that takes place decades later>Thomasin and her fake brother and sister are taken in to the village her family was exiled from posing as victims of the roaming bandits and indiansSensible set ups. The trouble with the Witch is that Thomasin wouldn't ever not bargain for the Twins' lives given the religious doctrine context. There's no downside, even if she's given up hope. Suspect the Trapper that sold the Father the silver to was Black Phillip as well. The real horror aspect is: evil followed us from the Old World, but the Devil has new allies here across the Atlantic.
>>215496161Promise? ;)
>>215491904Is this movie listed under V or W?
>>215491904it's the least pretentious Eggers work.
>>215496509V, which is funny
i'm watching midsommar right now.the dialogue at the restaurant in the beginning is not natural at all
>>215492150>The movie title angers me so much that i will never watch it because of it.>The letter W has already existed for centuries and was part of the typeset.Spelling Witch (or any word with a W) with two V's was common because of how printing presses worked. Most publications had limited amounts of movable type (the letters) so if you ever ran out of W's you could replace them with two V's.
>>215496509>>215496583The witch, starts with T.
>>215497804File systems that ignore “the” when sorting alphabetical. Thoughts?
>>215491904Post the webm
>>215497909I dont care much about it cause later in LibreElec options you can choose between sorting regularly or ignoring "the". But I prefer like Windows does.
>>215491904prime anya
>>215498020This is why they get married off so quickly. Can’t have them around tempting your sons and husband.
>>215498032Has to be a Body double. She was underaged then right?
>>215491904Eggers is based for this scene alone
>>215494091Just because she's naked?
>>215492033Midsommar is jewish subversive filth.
>>215497804>this guy still stores his movies on his hard driveIt's already 2025 old man
>>215491904>*clickety clackity*>*clickety clackity*
>>215491959Because the movie is set in 1600s and Middle English had that spelling.
I thought it was very boring, the setting was interesting and the woods looked great but they did nothing with it.
VVitch is such a cool name. I wish more movies played around with their titles like 2fast 2furious
>>215497909What is the usecase for sorting alphabetical?
>>215496161I like to get my hands dirty and my ass turdy.
>>215498325Only way to actually own your stuff.
>>215498297She was hot, why would he be afraid of her.
>>215498304That's just Hollywood.
>>215491904this is the only good role she's ever been in, and the best she's ever looked. she became bullemic after this and fell for the buccal meme
>>215498433i start visibly shaking whenever i get too close to a woman, maybe he has same problem
>>215498518And what would be the cure for such an affliction?
>>215498433>danger>not scarychildish behavior
>>215491904the movie is so irrational, everyone's behavior made no fucking sense
>>215498554getting laid, probably
>>215498325In my hard drive I'm the king. In my hard drive Elliot Page is still Ellen Page. My hard drive is a happy place isolated from the jew forces.
>>215498793Why do you have the actors photos? Are you a stalker by any chance, anon-kun?
>>215499367>He doesn't save actor headshots to recreate fictional magazine interviews in photoshop
>>215499367For the info screen on Kodi, I store all the thumbnails and NFOs locally.
>>215494224>and the disturbing events that happen to a family because of poison bread corn or is it actually a real witch ???this isn't really a mistery here, there is clearly a witch in this movie, tons of supernatural stuff happens to several characters. btw the whole "the witch trials happened because everyone was on shrooms" is an outdated and bullshit theory, it was more of a mass hysteria thing
>>215499608no it wasnt hysteria either, witch trials are largely women who kill their babies, simple as. Its the abortion debate of old
>>215492297Everyone imagining her Florence Poogh lol
>>215498433Because she's extremely blatantly a witch.
>>215499476l'autismo
>>215499476how do you store the actual kinos?i'm running out of spaceRAID seems wasteful since most kinos can be redownloaded, but then I would have to split them up
>>215500908I dont have a huuuge collection and everything is x265 so I simply use an external 5TB HDD, and another one as a backup in case the one I use dies.
>>215500703Very useful to find other movies with those actors. You like Walken? Click on him and it shows you all his movies, easy as that. Also, never saw those "actors you dont know the name" threads? This solves that problem, no more Mr Idontknowhisname.
>>215498601There seemed to be some dirty secrets in the family. They were bubbling to the surface, yet they couldn't be addressed. Good metaphor for an evil witch or Satan entering a farm.
>>215492025based and same, she makes me think about that too
>>215492297would berry my face in that
>>215498246Agreed.>>215498020It was such a perfect movie, I doubt they'd allow a girl to show off her nubile tits or strip in modern cinema.
