I've been rewatching South Park seasons backwards since the new season started, and jesus christ the 2010s era of SP is grim. Season 17 and 18 are legitimately some of the most forced and aged comedy ever. I know it's been zombie-tier after that too, but post-2015 they made the animation and composition a little bit more fluid and suitable for the format and polished the writing. (not the jokes themselves, but how episodes are structured etc.)Out of post-2015 seasons 19 and 26 are depressing stinkers totally devoid of anything funny, while season 23 is surprisingly decent.
