I’m on Season 2 and just finished the retarded Amelia episode. Now I’m watching a Cochoto centered episode and bored. I loved DS9 and TNG but this is tough. All the characters are whatever aside from the Doctor, Tuvok, and Neelix. Janeway is an okay Captain. Very Hilary Clinton esque.

Season 4-5? Even then a lot of episodes still suck.

Towards the end of season 3 when Seven arrives. Early Voyager is some of the worst trek that exists, after that it becomes some of the best.

The show sucks until they get rid of Kes.

After enough viewings Voyager is way way cozier than DS9. Once you know where the storyline in DS9 is going and it gets boring, Voyager shines with its single episode stories. Sorry you're too much of a dimwit to appreciate the kino

Voyager just has bad writing throughout the entire series. Its plots are as nonsensical and idiotic as The Original Series but lack the charm and stage theater-like campiness that TOS had going for it. It takes itself too seriously while having a retarded plot about devolving into frogs because of flying too fast.
DS9 and TNG could take themselves seriously and work because the plots sort of made sense and the characters all generally acted rationally. Voyager doesn't have that.

yeah seven of nine gave the show a new lease on life in season 4 with a shot of T&A
>>
>>215512049
Well the new writers they brought in might have had something do with it, but the T&A certainly did not hurt.

I think Jeri Ryan is a phenomenal actress in this show
>>
>>215512091
She is. It's a shame when people boil her down to nothing but tits and ass. She aboslutey is a tits and ass goddess, but she brought so much to the show as character actor.

The episode where she had this kind of multiple personality disorder was almost shocking when I first saw it. I was getting used to this drone with minimal emotional range, and suddenly she was this very convincing Klingon for a second. Also, her relationship with Naomi Wildman really hit my soft spot.

Voyager is better than DS9.
>>
>>215512290
Absolutely. The episode where the doctor took control of her body was excellent too. It really felt like it was him
>>
>>215512329
Yes, she acted circles around the rest, and that's not saying the other actors were half-bad, even
>>
>>215512155
Agreed. Look at the porn star wannabe they brought in for Enterprise as the 7of9 imitation. That bitch couldn't act for shit.
>>

If you “loved” Derp Space Nein you’re no Star Trek fan and your taste is faulty. Seek other fare.
>>
>>215511784
For me not really ever. I think it was the cast to me. There are fewer characters on Voyager I liked or ended up liking then on Next Generation or DS9. Hell Enterprise ended up having more interesting characters to me as well.
>>

Voyager is when Star Trek's decline started
>>
>>215511784
When they get rid of the discount lint head klingons
>>
>>215513624
What if we glue these nets to their head? That’ll look alieny.
