I’m on Season 2 and just finished the retarded Amelia episode. Now I’m watching a Cochoto centered episode and bored. I loved DS9 and TNG but this is tough. All the characters are whatever aside from the Doctor, Tuvok, and Neelix. Janeway is an okay Captain. Very Hilary Clinton esque.

Its plots are as nonsensical and idiotic as The Original Series but lack the charm and stage theater-like campiness that TOS had going for it. It takes itself too seriously while having a retarded plot about devolving into frogs because of flying too fast. DS9 and TNG could take themselves seriously and work because the plots sort of made sense and the characters all generally acted rationally. Voyager doesn't have that.
