LORD Roman Polanski
It was no Devil's Advocate.Honestly I'd rather watch End of Days.

>>215519596wish fulfillmentdark enough to make it a life worth livingcampy enough to make it safe enough to want to live it
>>215519970It's a bit like Hitchcock's masterpiece North by Northwest, this crazy adventure mystery thriller but revolving around the occult. Both movies are rather humorous at times. I have no idea if Polanski was influenced by that movie I just see some similarities. Those two make a good double-feature probably.
>>215522429film is quite the advanced illusion
this shit becomes trash the moment the girl starts flying like superman
>>215519596Recommend some occult films
>>215523874Obligatory.
>>215519596>>215519784
>>215519596>The heckin devil is le real Edgyboi stuff desu. I did enjoy Constantine though
>>215523769she doesnt fly, she floats down from dangerous heights, never seen ascending. she is a fallen angel
>>21551979599% of this movie was green screen kek. Still a kino movie and I dream of having the main characters career.
>>215523874The devil rides out is my personal fave occult film. Christopher Lee is so bad ass in it.
>>215519596Rewatched it recently, I really liked but also it felt overrated and not satisfying? I don't understand, can someone explain what I feel?
>>215519596applied for a job im underqualified for and have no experience (never worked before) for at a bookstore and wrote a bit about The Ninth Gate in my CV and Cover Letter kek, havent heard back yet...
the riddles, the devilit is a very appealing topicwe yearn for some clever twist in the riddlesand we yearn for something clever of what devil is likewhat a pact with him might be likewe get neither, but we do get good atmosphereand I guess that counts for a lot
>>215519596Unironically my favorite movie ever. Peak comfy and I want to be Corso.
>>215519875Both of those are good, but the Deppkino is above them. They dont quite catch the eerie, mysterious atmosphere. Polanski nailed it.
>>215519784yeah but her from Bitter Moon (1992)
>>215523625More like Dario Argento's Inferno.
