what's the best US Cavalry?

Fort Apache - nuanced plot and characters, Ribbon - gorgeous technicolor, Rio Grande - darkest of the three, but takes too long to start and ends too soon.

Fort Apache is a masterpiece and one of, if not THE greatest western I've ever seen. She Wore A Yellow Ribbon is a gorgeous film but lacks the strong narrative and memorable characters that Fort Apache had, still pretty good. Rio Grande sucked, 80% of the film is filler with everyone just hanging out at the Fort and singing songs and shit.
