You could focus on the security personell and make it an Aliens meets Turok kinda movie. You don't even have to be creative, the park could be understaffed due to an outbreak of a rare tropical disease or whatever, hit by a big storm and cut off, combined with sabotage by a Nedry/Burke type character who works in tandem with a leader among the security force and his team etc.. Maybe they try to exploit the situation, maybe they cause it, whatever. You can literally just recycle the original trilogy for the most part. The potential for video games and spin-offs would be insane. Obviously it would be less family friendly and I get why it's not being done, but it would be awesome (if done right).
