Season 13 is when I thought "this is shit why am I even watching this", after which I stopped watching it. A friend recommended a later season saying it had got better. I tried a couple of episodes but it had gotten worse.

The episodes set in the future with the boys as adults felt like a classic South Park episode. Those were great despite all the topical covid jokes. They still got it sometimes.
