I have been rewatching this, it's pretty /comfy/. I think it's very funny how they behave like spergs.
It's a Star Trek away mission to Rutherford, Ohio. A brilliant commentary on both how Star Trek planets are oversimplified in their problems, and how just a small town on Earth takes 10 years to even begin to comprehend. There's a specific reason that he and Mary are Anthropologists. One of the smartest sitcom premises ever.

Even the amazon woman is too oafish. It's good in small doses but not for marathoning. The whole thing has a schizo energy to it.
