On a scale out of ten, how smart is it to release on your streaming platform one of the biggest Halloween movies ever ONE WEEK after Halloween?

I don’t get it either. Like releasing Nosferatu on Christmas

It's for couples that need to netflix and chill to work off the candy fat

Your pics says it's in theatres prior to halloween, dummy. Obviously that's where they want to make money and obviously a certain amount of time has to pass before hitting streaming

What a coincidence. That's when I plan to cash out my pumpkin stocks.

My wife and I haven't figured out why they're releasing movies and shows onto the streaming platforms the week of Halloween instead of releasing them from mid September through October.

It’s a limited release. Not going to make any money in theaters. Non of the major theater chains are playing it. It’s only in theaters to be eligible for awards. It’s not even in the top 37 movies yesterday because hardly any theaters are playing it
