They played with the idea that he's also insecure that he's older than the rest of the team but is still working as an underling instead of being I'm a position like House, which is far more interesting than his marriage shit, but they only explored that for like 1 episode. Seeing him go against Foreman in 1v1 basketball was pretty fun though.

Foreman, Taub, and Kumar were annoying, Chase could get on my nerves a lot (especially with the whole: "Should I murder this prison inmate on the operating table" thing) and Wilson and Cuddy weren't much better. Honestly the whole cast is annoying, they manage to pull it off anyway a lot of the time but it's around the time when Hollywood started to forget how to write good scripts and TV was turning into: "a bunch of jerks have arguments with each other for 22 minutes" instead.

Like, that's all stuff they should've figured out before graduating medical school.
