Why is this level of Stacy not attainable by modern humans? If you put these kind of clothes on a contemporary 20 year old (or even 30 year old) they'd just look like dolled up middle schoolers.

I'm certain the universe was destroyed when the Hadron collider was turned on in September 2008. Until then we lived in a normal universe.
