it's supposed to scare people, and apparently rape is regarded as the worst you can do to someone, by many people. so why not have villains raping people in movies? hehe this guy just sliced off a guys face and wore it! but him putting his pp in a hot girl? inconceivable!
Jason raped in part 3.
>>215547205thisJason busted a nut in Chris Higgins. Probably one of the reasons she went crazy in the end.
Freddy rapes a lot.Pinhead is all about sex.Jason, Michael and Leatherface are manchildren with no sex drive.Chucky has no pp.
>>215547191that would make them too human.
Why doesnt op just rape?
>>215547205>>215547256Why bother to make stuff up?
>>215547191They're psychopaths, not Indians.
>>215547567There's a difference?
Yes, sir. The J-man's laid pipe with many beautiful women.
>>215547476Chucky has libido though and is probably a sadist, why doesn't he violate women in other ways?
>>215547564>hasn't watched part IIIIt's there, bro. Clear as day.
>>215547191because they're slashers, not rapists
>>215547191Pretty sure leather face raped the main girl in tcm2
>>215547191>in a hot girla real maniac should be brutally raping men and destroying their anoos and masculine dignity
>>215547564It’s heavily implied. But flat out stated.
You have to watch japanese/asian horror for that. They love sexual violence against women.
>>215549662You're gonna have to start an Oz thread for that.
>>215547191They're called SLASHERS. They slash people to death. They aren't called RAPERS. If the genre was called Rapers and there was no rape then I'd see the issue but it isn't.
>>215547191That tends to only happen in the more "grounded" slashers like Visiting Hours and Eyes of a Stranger.
>>215551403They kill people without "slashing" them. I think the point is there is a curious lack of rape, despite every other form of torture. I think it is a political correctness thing.
>>215547191even the greatest villains know rape is a special kind of evil
>>215547191I like Halloween 5.
>>215547550IANAL but that's probably illegal.
I think the MPAA wouldn't have stood for it. They had a hard enough time getting R ratings in the 80s.
>>215547191To the jewlywood faggot that might be reading this, make a horror movie where the villain rapes both mcs of opposite sexes and has them locked up inside a room for 24 hours afterwards
>>215552289Imagine wanting to see that. Horror people really are sick.
>>215547191Rape is too mundane. If the killing was secondary to rape it would be boring, might as well make them muggers or hired hitmen. The desire to kill is what makes them scary.>"I want sex and I'll kill to get it" is pathetic compared to >"I want to kill"
>>215547191Why rape when you can slash? You're basically raping their entire body with a knife.
>>215547191Women. They fantasize about rape but they don’t want to see it. Women are crazy
>>215547191Because rape , like saying nigger, is a huge No-no for studios.
Normalfags literally think a penis in a vagina is more horrifying than a knife in the guts
>>215547191Because they aren't driven by worldly power or control they are driven by metaphysical evil goals such as taking souls or ending a bloodline for ritualistic purposes, etc. The various Scream killers some of the only human killers with human motives so I can see them raping but even then rape is not what dawning the Ghostface outfit is for, it's a cloak for bloodlust not a lust for an orgasm.
>>215551908
It actually happened a lot in those movies, it just didnt happen in the most famous ones.
>>215548442>>215548476>>215550124Why was Jason wearing the same clothes in the "flashback" that he stole in present day? Why was he not wearing a mask? And Chris says that she was attacked, got knocked out, and woke up back in her bed. So Jason raped her, and then carried her home? How did Jason know where her home was? Not once during Part 3 does any character give exposition on Jason's and Pamela's story. Yet at the end Chris has a dream of Pamela attacking her, wearing her blue sweater. There is no way she could know what Pamela looked like. This screams supernatural premonition, and what Chris experienced was a premonition, hence why Jason was wearing the clothes he stole in present day. This has precedence too, both Alice and Ginny has premonitions as well.
>>215550228Japs are the fucking best and love a good old rape
>>215553106naah I don't buy it. Rape is rare and shocking in movies and they could find ways to make it more so. Combine it with murder at the same time. I really think it's some feminism thing. Horror people are almost all far lefties.
>>215553592>Horror people are almost all far lefties.True, look at this faggot from YT for example.
>>215547191Apparently Billy and Stu raped Sidneys Mom before killing her but its off camera
>>215553358Jason is an incubus. He rapes women in their sleep.
>>215553592>Rape is rare and shocking in moviesRape is just a guy using violence to get his dick wet, it happens all the time in real life. Having the desire to kill innocent people in fucked up ways is more interesting than wanting to get off. And there probably have been horror movies where the killer was also a rapist, but they're probably not as famous because it's not an interesting premise. There's also the factor of being able to appease the villain. If they just want money or something, and giving them money makes them go away, they aren't scary. If a girl can just willingly open her legs and satisfy the guy, he's not a scary slasher villain, he's just some guy. The whole point is that their main drive is to kill, and that they can't be reasoned or pleaded with. They are here to kill, and if they catch up to the victim, they will kill them. Adding lust as a motivator makes it less interesting.
>>215553940Rapists who are after power and control don't want women to give themselves up willingly and even if they do give themselves up out of fear the rapist will often need to torture their victim in order to get off. It's less about achieving and orgasm than it is about satisfying the rapists desire to feel powerful by abusing and terrifying his victim. Freddy Krueger embodies before his death was written to be that kind of person.
>>215554075>satisfying the rapists desire to feel powerfulThat's sort of what I'm getting at, that to me isn't an interesting motivator for a villain. Slasher villains are interesting because their primary motivator isn't to be in control or satisfy their pathetic ego, their primary motivator is to murder people. It's "Slasher" not "Torturer" or "Hurter", it's not just about causing pain or scaring the victim, it's about killing them first and foremost. Rape just gets in the way, slows things down, and adds a mundane human motivation that isn't necessary. I'm not saying sexual assault scenes have no place in horror at all, just that they aren't a staple of the Slasher genre for a reason. It's all about the Slashing.
Because an element of the slasher genre is that the slashers may actually have good reasons to do what they are doing, so if you introduce rape you basically negate everything the slasher stands for because rape is universally seen as evil pretty much
I dunnoImpregnating someone (making life) seems to be the opposite goal of serial killers
>>215553358Nobody said the writing was good. The rape, or at least sexual assault, is heavily implied regardless
>>215547476Leatherface is a giga coomer in several of the films
>>215547191bc half the men and all of the women would masturbate right there in the kinoplex
>>215547191Because slasher movies are about goyim dealing with the childhood trauma of being circumcised. >Jason has been in phallic form from the very start of the film, the urethra peeking out of foreskin in which it has been husked, and from which it cannot break free. He may be able to unmask the phallic weapon, but in his stunted, unfulfilled sexual development, he himself must perpetually cover the potent sexual readiness that the circumcised (or foreskin-retracted uncircumcised) penis represents, with its glans bared and fully empurpled. Jason’s unhusked sexuality is the undergirding horror of the Friday the 13th series. It is the worst possible outcome of maturity—a sexuality that, like Jason’s body, has been kept entirely underneath the surface in the withering brine, and has become monstrous as a result. That Jason suffers from hydrocephalus, the condition literally meaning a head full of water, is of course, emblematic of this, his malady characterized by a protuberant, misshapen head representing the glans that is unable to find release and therefore over-swollen with some vital fluid, not just water or cerebrospinal fluid but rather semen or blood or perhaps both. It is this painfully secreted sexuality, and the urge of the unfaltering, undying erection to break loose from its sheath and to ejaculate, that drives the plot of every Friday the 13th film (save Part V). Its sublimation brings brutal death to the victimized characters—shapely, id-driven youths who engage uninhibitedly in sex and hence fulfill their urges—but its full revelation brings immeasurable trauma to those who see it, and, as survivors, have to live with it afterward.
>>215554411Reminds me of the time I saw a woman explain alien abductions as repressed trauma and instantly stopped caring about alien abductions.
>>215553702She had sex with Cotton, then got killed. It was assumed to be a rape-murder because Sidney was adamant that there was nothing going on between her mother and Cotton so he must have forced himself on her (Paraphrase: "She wouldn't let him touch her.")
>>215547191because Murica>gouging eyeballs, disembowelment and decapitation fucking rocks!>woah, rape? that's disgusting. we can't show that, you sick fuck!almost all crimes like this have a sexual component irl btw
>>215547191Funny, I always wondered why they don't gas more Jews, but then again I guess that never even really happened IRL so it just wouldn't be believable even in a silly low budget horror flick.
>>215547191This was all about that.
>>215547476>no sex driveI’m a manchild but I still masturbate
>>215547191Try to make rape aesthetic, it's very difficult. Death is inherently aesthetic so it's not difficult to make entire subgenres based around it.
Jason stopped a rape once. Of couse he did it by impaling both the rapist and the victim and the same time. But he still stopped the rape.
>>215555166>almost all crimes like this have a sexual component irl btwYep this is why girls like serial killers so much. there's kind of a blurred line between sex and violence
>>215547191didn't that thorn cult have Michael impregnate his cousin Jamie?
>>215553670I have a patchy beard like this…
>>215547476>Chucky has no ppTell that to Tiff.
putting rape in your movie or TV show just makes you seem tryhard. it doesn't read as shocking or horrifying it just makes the audience roll their eyes. not getting into the reasons why or anything but that's just the reality.
