Which movie was more kino?
>>215549405I remember seeing them both at the cinema within a week of each other. I wanna go back bros
>>215549405They're both excellent, but I think There Will Be Blood is the better movie.
>>215549405no country, TWBB is a snooze fest
both are in my top 5 of 21st century movies, coens are amazing
>>215549405There Will Be Blood.
>>2155494052008 was the last year of good movies, unironically
>>215549405There Will Be Blood>One of the greatest films of the 21st century and an undeniable masterpiece that excels in every areaNo Country>An above-average neo-western where the main character dies off-screenGee, tough question
>>215549534You can watch the movies now whiney little shit
Daniel Day-Lewis's stupid accent distracts from the movie throughout, but it's a boring and shallow experience regardless. No Country wins and it's not even close
>>215549692This. No Country is very overrated.
>>215549405TWBB is the best movie of the 21st century. No country is good tho
>>215549405Coens' kinoest work was this shitjust saying
>>215549574thats a you problem, nothing is boring about any single DDL scene in that movie outside of maybe the first
>>215549732Nah Fargo was better
There will be blood is the greatest movie ever made
>>215549732I don’t say this lightly but this is the most reddit film ive ever seen. There was multiple moments while watching this where I had to pause the movie and somersault around my apartment while screaming “reddit”
There Will Be Blood. And it's not even close.
>>215549692the fact that the main character dying off screen is your big deciding factor says a lot about your take
>>215549732>>215549797Blood Simple and No Country are his best
>>215549405what? its not even close there will be blood makes no country look like disney slopdont ever make a sorry thread like this ever again
>>215549953you're only making reddit sound cooler than it is
>>215550558>nooo you can't just criticise a film over an unsatisfactory plot progression! The fact that you think this shouldn't affect anyone's perception of the film says a lot about your plebbitry
Website slow today for anyone else?
>>215551204Think 4chan is bad, you should try the bank i've been on hold for over a hour, every day.
>>215549687It truly was. We were blessed with so many good films in the later half of the 2000's. I was born in 2001 so I missed out on these when they originally came out but holy shit The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is outstanding. Even stuff like Kiss Kiss Kiss Bang or Sunshine outclass anything we have today.
>>215549534Next year you have these two getting a movie adaptationyes it will be shit
