>>

>>
>>215571644
These children cant act, sadly

The only scary part was in the movie theatre before the demon-baby shows up. So the dude being inside the movie was very classy and creepy. Absolutely everything else was mid.

Probably it's a good for a tv series, but in the vacuum it's 4/10

Since when did Maine get black folk?
>>
>>215571644
Is it me or this franchise is being milked too much already, like this is just the type of thing you just make one movie about it, anything more becomes overkill
>>
>>215572122
True, needs more latinos.
>>
>>215573700
There were no latinos in the US prior to Obama
>>
>>215571644
Most of the cast is black

The Roswellesque setup with the military base makes me wonder if IT might actually be some kind of alien from outer space.

King's Maines always have a couple of Black folx that are smarter and more hard working than their white neighbors
>>

Better than Part 2 but similar to Part 1. What's different isn't exactly ground breaking or compelling. The original writing that made Part 2 so not like Part 1 isn't as unpleasant in this because the book isn't trying to set the pace like it was. On the other hand the original writing can't hide behind the book either and it comes off as nothing special and sometimes desperate.

For a first episode it's alright. Gets a 7/10 from me. It is also not woke garbage. Yet. So if preachy DEI politics is a deal breaker for you then you can watch this without worrying too much.

When is Ep 2 on?
>>
>>215574784
What? has this been confirmed? I've only seen the 80s movie and never read the book
>>
I liked when the two military dudes get attacked by armed men in gas masks, who demand to know government secrets, and afterward the two guys are just like "Well that was teh random, lol. How's my hair?".

Is IT an alien?
yes or no
>>
>>215574996
She prefers the term Undocumented Migrant.
>>
>>215574866
It's pretty much confirmed It crashed into earth from space millions of years before the movie. There's no confirmation of it being a creature from a different dimension like it is in the books, but the deadlights and other powers are certainly not within the laws of our universe.

>class of 1939
>Riverton, New Jersey
>Bunch of dago's and 5 light skinned Sicilians

What's your point here?
>>
>>215575022
man how do you fall for this low-effort shit?
there is zero fucking chance someone posting in this thread has only seen the 80's movie out of all IT-related stuff... the profile doesnt compute.
>>
>>215575052
kek
you missed the sixth light skinned Sicilian: the hairy guy between the other guy legs middle bottom row.
>>
>>215575073
You mean the television mini-series? I don't think anybody is referencing that because it's pointless now. The only reason you'd ever bring it up is to compare Curry and Skarsgard. But there is a difference between an alien and creature from a different dimension. Or at least there was at one time because now it's more like alien with magical powers. But simply put, yes. It/Pennywise is an alien from space.
>>
>>215574972
thanks bro

IT has been here for a hundred thousand years. This is IT's land. YOU'RE the alien.
>>
>>215576843
That's nice, sweetie. Provide documentation or you can't eat these kids.
