Premiere / After Effects are much better now at AI assisted rotorscoping, i.e cutting characters out from the background of shots. It's not totally automatic but it's way way more streamlined than it was even a year or two ago. Premiere just released a beta version to make it even easier as well, so you'll probably be seeing it in average youtube videos way more. That combined with AI voiceover replacement and likely a fair bit of colour grading to match between shots etc. I imagine finding the right footage to match lighting etc would be a major difficulty.
