1. The Matrix
2. Spiderman
3. Gladiator
4. Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas
5. They Live

I watched Spiderman again recently, and it's actually a beautiful film about justice, family values, duty, and just a coming of age film that really captures the turbulence of a young man finding his place in the world. Everyone in the film had a really good performance too, especially J.K. Simmons with his role as the editor in chief of the Daily Bugle, who essentially represents mainstream media, and how it demonizes the heroic Spiderman.
I think Peter Parker was a really good role model in that film. Very polite, nice young man, dresses nice, does good in school. He quickly realizes his ambition for money to impress the girl, and his ignorance of evil in the world, resulted in his beloved uncle getting murdered. Thus, Spiderman is born, and I think it's interesting how he never really repays evil for evil, the evil in the film vanquishes itself.
