Halloween should be upgraded to a federal holiday. Very few people actually love Thanksgiving, and more people love it every year. It fucks with scheduling because of how close it is to Christmas and the New Year. Make Halloween a three-day thing so it always has a weekend, make Indigenous Rememberance Day a one-day thing.
