The Matrix feels like a live-action of a preexisting anime and a lot of stuff in it would be way more at home in animated form, specially those silly dialogues, overexposition and power level fighting bullshit.I love it, I'm entertained by it, but I understand its not meant to be taken that seriously, even if some of the themes would be about complex stuff.Also, I love how this movie inspired both stuff like Nolan's Inception and the John Wick phenomena.
