>>
>>215628614
i would fucking destroy polly. she would never walk again. i'd do that to sybil as well but in her case i'd use a car
>>
>>215628614
I was attracted to Sybil a lot when younger. Older I realize she is ugly but something about that voice and buffount hair.
Polly had fake tits in the 70s so she wins however and has a horse face

If it started.

So who's going to say it...

Ok I will.
Fawlty Towers isn't funny but at least it was funnier than Monty Python.

Nerds liked Monty Python
>>
>>215628973
You're a dumbass
>>
>>215628973

You are a dumb shit.
>>

I dislike Cleese's humor and MP but Fawlty Towers is great.
Every episode is funny, the women are beautiful, and the show didn't overstay it's welcome.
>>
>>215628614
that episode with Polly braless seals the deal for me
also she gets bonus points for being a fellow burger
>>
>>215629874
She co-wrote the show with Cleese.
>>
>>215628552
RIP
She really played the character well and made me hate her lol

upon looking up the cast members on imdb i see they actually made an American version wtf
how bad is this that i've never even heard of it?
>>
>>215629524
Whatever you do, don't mention the sticky...
>>
>>215630004
Americans often do remakes of British comedy shows.
>>
>>215630004
>>215630180
In this case I want to say they tried 3 times. One had Betty White at a Roadside motel, one was a female version of Basil (both of these in a 70s or early 80s), and the final attempt with John here which maybe had 8 episodes. Called Payne and died as it truly was pain to watch. That was after the John Larquette show
>>
They also tried to make a burger version Red Dwarf and failed. Just watch our shows, burgers. FFS.
>>
>>215630800
Some remakes are successful. Sanford and Sons (Steptoe and Song) and The Office off the top of my head.

You wot m8? You don like silly nonsense your not british
