The only really sticker of a rule is /tv/'s particular attitude towards the younger individuals of TV and film, which is easily remedied by specifying characters have to be played by actors over 18. Not necessarily characters over 18, because there's so many "high school" characters played by adults, etc. Just so it's not immediately sniped for cunny spam.
