The line does have a bit more meaning to it, what with the added horror elements of a time traveling, implacable robot trying to kill you. But on the other hand "GET TO DA CHOPPA!!!" was memed almost as hard and it has no depth whatsoever so I think it's mostly Arnold's delivery.
