The idea that aliens haven’t visited us is a lot more absurd than the alternative.
Once alien visitation is proven, skeptics and scientists should be forced to apologize for denying the obvious and pretending that earth is somehow magically off limits to the rest of the universe loool
>>215934255You are correct. Either we’ve been visited or we haven’t been visited. The latter is a lot more “absurd”. Skepticism is a failure to detect basic binary logic. There is no third alternative in this scenario.
>Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence I’m pretty sure aliens who’ve went though numerous successor theories would have an easy time preventing said extraordinary evidence from being presented …
Ordered from least absurd to most absurd>We were not visited by aliens yet>We were visited by aliens once and they had a protocol so that no human would notice (or plausible deniability remained) and everyone strictly adhered to said protocol and there were no fuck-ups whatsoever along the way>We were visited by aliens multiple times, and every single time, the visitors had a protocol so that no human would notice (or plausible deniability remained) and everyone strictly adhered to said protocol and there wasn't a single fuck-up ever
i work a boring graveyard shift job, and i often step outside and look up at the night sky just to pass the time. the other night, i witnessed something peculiar: there was one particularly bright "star" in the sky. and suddenly that star stared moving across the sky. i'm no physicist, but it was obviously traveling at a tremendously fast speed. faster than anything humans are capable of. it totally had to have been an alien UFO.
>>215934255the fact that ufo nuts still link debunked videos like this just shows how what a joke the movement really is
>>215934255when I was a kid I was into aliens and UFOs, but now if they were proven real I’d feel pretty indifferent about it.ghosts and the paranormal are more interesting to me.
>>215934255>travel the universe to meet another civilization>only perform insane aerial tricks and fuck off
>>215934616>debunkedProve it.>>215934643You underestimate aliens ability to have fun. They probably have humor.
>>215934463its not absurd to assume that aliens tasked with visiting far away worlds would be entrusted to not reveal themselves, your 2nd scenario
>>215934593what do you do? I work at a hotel and they had me doing graveyards for awhile which is usually a complete do nothing job which is awesome though I was getting really fucking sleepy with it, now I'm stuck on 3 to 11pm which is still only like 2 hours of actual work but I actually have to singlehandedly handle all guest requests so at times it can be stressful, still massive improvement over my food service jobs
>>215934681its the exhausts of a jet plane in the distance shot in infra red.
>>215934641im pretty much 100% certain aliens exist and am 80% sure they've visited earth, as far as ghosts go I doubt it so theres not much interest tere
>>215934643do these "things" look friendly to you anon......you'd run for the hills if half of em show'd up in your living room never mind a full blown crowded park or subway
why?you cant prove aliens visited earth without giving them humans motivations or feelingstry it,i dare you
>>215934882>prove aliens visitedfool read more books, they've "been" here much MUCH longer then we can even imagine The Indians had tales of tall white glowing skin giant who hovered away on raft into the heavens The Egyptian literally worshipped lyrans & made photography evidence on their memorial grounds/walls
>>215935027so you cant prove it,just point to humans stuff and call it a dayi ask again, try to explain aliens who can travel the universe at will wtihout giving them human motivations and feelingsprotip:you cant
i have lost the fascination for aliens since there's the probability that we create a super intelligence here. even if the probability is small, it's still bigger than meeting aliens and the result is the similar.
>>215934593whats that job, i kinda want it
>>215934773Post a video of this.
>>215935469https://youtu.be/K6cSoBE770Q
>>215934255It's conceivable that we haven't been visited but it's unlikely that there are no other living organisms in the universe. Both possibilities are concerning.
>>215935505Hm.
>>215934593I saw the same thing while I was driving cross country.
>>215934771night receptionist jobs are nice if you're a self-starter type and will use that time to learn a skill or do anything remotely constructive, I had one at 19 but spent most of that time playing RPGs. The job I had before that was even more do-nothing, all I had to do was make sure all the doors were locked and do a 5 mn patrol every two hours.
>>215934255Why would they visit us out of trillions of planets? From light years away if they looked at us they would either see the planet completely empty, frozen or maybe dinosaurs. Like do you understand if aliens from other planets existed and came here it would mean they are beings with time travel technology because that is the only way they could come here.
>>215935779So this is the mind of a Sciencecuck huh?
We exist in a huge cosmic hole. No one is coming here. That being said, the odds that we are alone in the universe are infinitesimal. They're out there but they are either a) too far away or b) too separated in time (either existed a long time ago or a long time from now). Time x Space means we are basically alone. Try finding a specific thimble of water in the world's oceans and now multiply that by 1000000000000000000000. That's the kind of odds we're talking about, sorry
Not really.
>>215935779pretty much this TBHWYF aliens capable of space travel are in the future, civilizations that came into existence billions of years before us. They are already in the future, the only way to visit us would be if they had time travel technology and since we haven't been visited that means that time travel is not possible. The only beings that are out there evolved at the same rate as us and they are bumbling fucking idiots just like us, they have no advanced technology.Maybe if an advanced civ had a piece of paper and drew a dot that represents them and one that represents us and they folded that paper so the dots were on top of each other, then maybe they could visit us.
Ayyyy
>Aliens show up in your yard.>They ask you for some water.>You give it to them.>They give you some pancakes in return.
>>215937294Did that really happen
>>215934255The Universe is so large and the Earth is so small, that even on a timeline of billions of billions of years, it is statistically unlikely that any other living thing in the universe will find us.Unless, unlikely, there is complex life around every single star in the sky.
Ayy here.NIGGERThat is all.
>>215935087The scariest theory is we are a zoo and/or farm planet for them. We would be no different than an animal sanctuary we have here to them. Then they come down and study us, make sure we're still alive, kidnap a fee of us to other aliens for food, disguise themselves as humans for entertainment purposes, etc.Do you think rabbits see humans like 'oh holy shit its a human' or do they go 'oh shit its another super predator'? You show them a cell phone and they will be confused like what the hell is this, why are you showing me this go away. They can't even process the technology we have because they live to survive and repopulate. They aren't that advanced as us. Now think of that relationship of us as the rabbits and aliens as the humans in terms of advancement. If they showed us their ship we'd be like 'what the hell is this'.
>>215934255This type of comment shows you lack iq AND have never learned even the basic concepts and facts about our world and the scale of the cosmos.
>>215938597I think learning how big the universe is and how small we really are only gives more proof we aren't alone. Which means other planets have life. Which means quite a few, probably a lot of them have developed travel to other planets. Which means some are probably capable of reaching us. Which means we most likely have been visited or at least detected by other lifeforms.
I don’t disagree that we’ve been visited but I do think it’s a lot more profound than simply aliens from other planets. If something, anything, is capable of coming here, they’re not just advanced, they’re Advanced, or totally transcendental.
>>215938780Something most don't consider is not just the size, but the amount of time the universe existed. And the probability of advanced civilizations existing simultaneously at the same time as each other is low.
TRVTH NVKE INCOMING>alien life exists but its still at a very primitive stage like jellyfish>we are currently the only intelligent species in this galaxy>what we call UFOs are actually just drones from older alien civilizations>these civs have been extinct for millions of years>we will NEVER see intelligent alien life forms
>>215934593You can just ask random people if they've seen a UFO/cryptid/ghost and most will say yes and describe something incredible.
I think Jacques Vallee is right, well, either that or there's nothing. It's gotta be one or the other
I don't think there's life out there bruh. Yes it would be cool if aliens existed but every single hard evidence we have right now of space shows how horrible it is for life and how insanely rare it is to get the right conditions just for liquid water. Ad Astra is kinda about this btw, TLJ goes nuts when he realizes aliens don't exist. We're fucked, best we can do right now is uplift animals to make them smarter.
>>215934643Perhaps we are not so different after all...
>>215934463the true least absurd options: the aliens who have visited us are androids piloting probes sent off thousands or millions of years ago, they've accumulated glitches and bugs as they drifted through space over all that time which is why their behavior is so odd and nonsensical
>>215935779>They have to use conventional rocketsReddit brain
>>215934255 they already visited us>they are too advance that we cant detect them >they are too advance that we cant comprehend their existence >they are too advance that their ‘surveillant droid’ or whatever they use blend in perfectly with human societyThere are your answers
I would like to do things to Crescent.
>>215940870Nah even Mars is very closed to be proven to have life (used to) Anyway the biggest issue is to have sth fast and durable enough to get out of your home system, since FTL tech is proven as scifi mumbo jumbo so far
>>215934616This video was NEVER debunkedThe thruster showing up on the camera as the explanation was itself debunked because the FLIR is NOT getting info from that camera...and it reports something in the same position as the camera's image. Also the guy that "debunked" it with that explanation has since apologized.
>>215934773Wrong video dumbfuck
>>215935027>all of them have "humanoid form">camaras gets good in early 1990s>no more alien anal probessamung smartphones bros fucking won so hard that are now with 5 camaras per phone with 99 megapixels each one.
