It was just funny that every time they resolved a characters story arc they killed them off. I guess its fun for actors to have a dramatic death but holy shit were the last 3 seasons tedious. Classic HBO formula I guess.
>>216014712There are two formulas for HBO shows:- cut it down while it's still running and good, so they have to rush finale a season too fast- drag it out until it's unwatchable slogNo middle ground
>>216014906Always with the scenarios
>>216014712More like they couldn't resolve his story so they gave him a completely stupid, out of character death, same with chalkyI liked the show but I consider the wrapping of those two arcs its low points
>>216014712it's also hilarious that Eli of all people ended up surviving the show
>>216014580something off about this guy's face
>Jimmy dies>Richard dies>Chalky dies>Van Alden dies>Nucky dies (even though the real Enoch died in 1968 at the age of 85)Sheesh!
>>216015656If I pull that mask off, will he die?
>>216015656look how 1 of his eyes is kind of droopy, he had some kind of accident during the war I think
>>216014580I dropped this in season 3, at that point I was pretty bored. Honestly all these crime kinos bore the shit outta me. I have a distaste for criminals anyway so it's not entertaining. Breaking Bad is the only "crime" show I finished.
I miss Jimmy and Harrow, must be nice to have a proper bro.
Hmmm...
>>216014580He was a soldier. he fought. he died. hmm. tut.
So did Jimmy ever fuck his mother?
hrrrm now I will noscope the entire mob
I really liked Richard Harrow's story but unfortunately they had so many storylines that you got two Harrow scenes per episode. The same was true for several other characters. Nucky wasn't that interesting.
I stopped after season 3, worth another shot?
>does nothing for 95% of his screentime after season 1 then diesIts painfully obvious they didn't plan this show out at all. Full of great actors, sets, and dialogue, but its not enough to carry shitty planning
>>216019162He'll never not be Greg Buehl to me
