Picture this if you will: Evie Templeton as Baby Doll. Andrew Garfield as Mad Hatter ,Benny Sadfie (retarded guy from Good Time) as Killer Moth and Tom Cruise as Hugo Strange. Film is a mix of Eyes Wide Shut Under the Silver Lake and The Ninth Gate in regards to it's mystery elements. Has a musical number by Andrew Garfield that is a rendition of "A Very Unmerry Birthday" or "Golden Afternoon". Babydoll sings "I'm Late". Film involves Batman investigating the ritualistic killing of families (including the flying Grayson's). Batman figures it out through Kabbalah numerology. He eventually encounters Jervis Tetch who mind controls him and through a series of events is committed to Arkham. Batman overcomes the attack on his mind through his backup Zur En Arrh personality a la Batman RIP. He escapes and at this point in the film it is at the equivalent point as when Sam encounters the music producer in Under the Silver Lake. Hugo Strange played by Cruise delivers a similar monologue except that the truth being revealed is his family's involvement with the court of owls and the elite families of Gotham ultimately being the creators of harmful ideologies like that of the Riddler, Joker and even Batman himself. "It is all so silly" and that even Bruce Wayne's own ambitions were carved out by men with ambitions beyond his comprehension made in board meetings between think tanks somewhere in between an omelette and a blowjob. The final scene is reminiscent of the Eyes Wide Shut party but inverses; Bruce is offered a seat at the table.
