Does it actually work?
>>
yes
>>
no
>>

To an extent, but not if you are an introvert.
Sounds like hell for an introvert.
>>
>hey little boy wanna come see the puppies in my van?
>yes!!
>>
>>216031410
I swap between exo and intro
Works on both
Lies usually come undone and backfire
>>
I unironically adopted this idea since a little befote the pandemic, maybe early 2019
Being open to things and oportunities is what the movie is trying to instill in you and meanwhile I can't exactly pinpoint at any given thing that it especifically gave me, I'm glad I'm more willing to say 'yes' than 'no, thanks' nowadays
it really it is closing yourself doors for no good reason
>i mean, why not
>>
>>216031371
Let me rape you op.
Now you can't say no.
>>
>>216031371
I did this once and ended up in dive bar bathroom doing coke
>>
>>216031617
You can't rape whomst consents
qed
>>
>>216031682
Did you have a good time?
>>
>>216031730
Yeah
>>
>>216031552
takes more energy to keep up a lie than to just state the truth
>>
this shit would never work because nobody talks to me
>>
>>216031371
It's certainly better than saying "No" to everything
You probably won't turn your life around in a week like Jim Carrey did but you open yourself to opportunities you wouldn't explore otherwise, and who knows where those may lead you
>>
>>216031371
No because IRL you'd be taken advantage of and end up doing the most illegal & degrading shit imaginable. It would only work in a utopia.
>>
>>216031371
He had to learn how to say yes to any opportunity that came his way so that he could learn how to say no. At the start of the movie all he did was say no, blocking anything good that could ever come his way. Even though saying yes opened him up to a larger life, saying yes to everything also interfered with people he was trying to open up to. It's not about sticking to one side, it's learning to know when to embrace life and when to leave it as it is
>>
>>216031690
It's a forced yes. You don't want to be raped but you have to say yes to everything.
>>
>>216031897
You dont know that
>>
>>216031930
Are you gonna let me rape you or not?
>>
>>216031998
Is not rape, technically, if i consent
>>
>>216032017
Rape sex or whatever, is it a yes?
