So I was watching a bit of this last night, couldn't keep watching for very long because every other section was whining about woke stuff. (They literally described British loyalists as "just like conservatives of today"). But they talked about this woman Margaret Corbin who was with her husband on the battlefield when he was struck and killed manning an artillery. She proceeded to continue firing in his place until she lost an arm and was struck in the jaw severely disabling, but not killing her. The show then describes her being awarded a lifetime disability pension, the first in the country to be awarded to a woman. The scene is about to end and then they say this shit>She received HALF a man's payWith the narrator emphasizing the word half, the emphasis isn't mine there it's how it was said. The scene then ends and moves onto the next section. Keep in mind this whole doc has whined about women's rights and oppression constantly so the intent is extremely blatant.
