>Fictional love triangle set against the backdrop of a historical tragedy, mixing romance and action.
>Historically inaccurate retelling of a historical conflict revolving around the protagonist’s quest for revenge for the murder of a loved one.

Why did Titanic and Braveheart soar while Pearl Harbor and The Patriot crashed and burned?

Titanic and Braveheart were genuinely good movies.

Hitler dubs are right as always. That John Williams score just slaps.

Also there is no love triangle in this one as based Mel's character was a widower from the beginning.

Titanic is cool in everything that is not jack and rose. The whole sequence after the iceberg hits and water starts rapidly flooding in and shit gets real is an absolute masterpiece.
