Reddit thinks this show is about ron being in a coma but they're faggots.
>>
>>216037332
Feel free to take what reddit thinks back there and stay.

This most recent episode felt like a step down compared to the rest of the show so far, but it still had good moments. Not sure what made me feel that way, I think it was the new conspiracy connection involving the matching colors, it felt a little lazy/half-baked. and Ron didn't find any bugs at the Delaware building. I feel there's still a lot of closure that needs to happen with Ron's family and his job, so I'm curious to see how they wrap it all up in the final two eps.

I like it. I think the sense of humour the show is pretty unique and evidently divisive (some people like it, some just don't) and the actualy 'mystery' is genuinely really fucking interesting for some reason. All the characters are pretty interesting and I find myself looking forwards to the next episode

I like all the theories around it but as >>216037332 puts it I think reddit never recovered from Mr Robot and is obsessed with projecting that show's twists onto this one.

Tim R.'s face makes me uneasy
>>
I think it's a funny show but the humour has fallen off considerably from the first two episodes that Tim co-wrote. I'm excited to see how it all wraps up and, if nothing else, it's amazing they got Aimee Mann to record this beautiful Carpenters cover.

the color thing was a conspiracy? i thought he deduced that the guy was a web page designer and reused the same colors in the page menus, noticed that the delaware town site had those same menus, tried to access the record to see who they paid to build their site to get the guy's name

First series I’ve bothered with streaming in ~5 years. Haven’t seen the latest ep but soph is cute and it can be pretty funny at times although it flirts with jumping the shark. I like it.
>>
>>216037552
not that the color thing was a conspiracy. but in context of the overarching chair conspiracy, the way they used the color thing to be the newest lead/connection down the rabbit hole felt lazy compared to every other connection made so far in other episodes

it did feel inserted, maybe because it wasn't related to the rest of the episode plot, but think he's used the 'stare at a digital image and zoom in' thing a few times to find clues so it was similar to some previous ones

idk what you all are on about, I got several good laughs out of this ep and the plot actually progressed, great final reveal

i'm not familiar with the guy's previous work, but some of the absurd out of nowhere stuff really cracks me up like few things do

HAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT A FAGGOT

I got into rock crawler RC cars during covid out of boredom. They're just as stupid as you'd think, but it's actually a ton of fun. Felt like a fucking buffoon at random parks when I started, so the scene with the guys in the construction zone had me rolling. I gotta start fucking with it again after a storm because muddy slopes were always the funnest

zoomers have no original thoughts they do this all the time. I'd say about 30% of posts here that get yous are copy pasted from proven upvoted reddit posts

i think it's very funny. i tried to explain it to my mom when we were talking about stuff we had been watching recently, but it was very hard to put into words why it's funny

there's no way for me to convince you but if you can believe it, my reply came from my own thoughts. or maybe I'm the faggot reddit OP? the episode is objectively a step down from the rest, that is why I wrote that.

pacing is weird, feels like it was a mini-series stretched out to 30 minute episodes. humor doesn't land for me. Tim is like an angsty & autistic Michael Scott.

I like the cinematography though.

Between that scene and the Scrooge bonar, that episode was pure kino.

i laughed when the fat black put the cake on the vomit but his dialog line that followed dampened the joke

It was a step down because the previous episode was pretty kino. This episode slowed way down having to focus more on his work life after Jeff's ego got bruised and not really using the buddy investigation aspect with Mike Santini much, which is where the absurdity and intrigue amp it up. The whole set up culminating in the guy putting his son's b-day cake on vomit was a big miss for me, too. HR guy clearly wanting to go back to wherever he came from was ok. Probably the worst episode so far unfortunately following the best one. Nice little cliffhanger ending, though.

i watch it and like most of it, but it's nothing special. not much else to add to the conversation

A lot of the humor is about how cringe he is. Almost like Larry David humor, sort of.

is the son turning an alcholic plotline actually going to go somewhere? seems like fluff, that's my biggest gripe with the show.

I liked EP 6 a lot more than I liked EP 5, and I even thought that episode was great. It's a great show overall so far. I'm just upset that this is somehow supposed to end in 2 episodes
>>
>>216040188
it's fine if it stops in 2 episodes if it's so. not everything has to go for 5 seasons
>>
>>216040100
He stole the last ep, like the Asian actor the ep before
>>
>>216037271
It's ok. The supporting characters/family are extremely fucking pointless in a show like this and were clearly hamfisted in to appeal to normalfags.

What was bothering the son anyway? Seems a little too young to have a good ol' days phase.
>>
>>216040244
I just don't know how they're gonna wrap everything up in 2 episodes without leaving off on everything kinda going back to normal.
>>
My terminally-unfunny friends have tried to get me into this guy's stuff so many times
>>
>>216041646
Right? They briefly mentioned in the one first eps that he needs help with his college apps. I'm guessing dad was too busy and now we're gonna find out he didn't get in anywhere which shows how this journey is tearing the family apart.
>>
>>216041768
I don't blame you for being skeptical about it because I was too. I thought I Think You Should Leave was just the same joke over and over again and didn't really wanna watch it. This show is everything good about Tim Robinsons stuff and virtually none of the bad stuff. It's far more refined
