In retrospect Infinity War was actually kino
>>
>>216039243
It had some really good parts, often followed by really shit parts, or cut short.
Like when thor comes into wakanda, when he hits thanos with the axe, when he kills thanos and when captain america picks up the hammer, they cut it all short and ruined the impact.
Never forget the fucking girl power moment mid battle....they all travel across the battlefield from different locations to touch vags LMAO

When the whole fucking universe comes through the magic portals to fight thanos though and he looks scared like a bitch, that shit was pure KINO.
Though again, cut short...
Fags.

Why did Strange only view 14,000,605 timelines? Why didn't he use the time stone to trap Thanos like he did Dormammu? Why did they do the whole time heist when all they needed was the time stone to reverse the destruction of the other stones? Why did they all go to their respective missions at the same "time" and why did multiple people go to the same times? What was the significance of three stones being in New York? Why did nobody think of getting more Pym Particles before the heist was already happening? Why does Banner warn everybody against interacting with the past as it could affect their present when they just previously contradicted that by establishing that killing baby Thanos wouldn't change their present? Why didn't Captain Marvel fly into space with the gauntlet? What was even the plan if they got it back to the time machine van? How did Wong & Co. know how/where/who to open those giant portals for? What the fuck is Joe Biden doing in the MCU now? Why wasn't Bucky in Black Panther if he had been in Wakanda since Civil War?

Hating capeshit was seen as cool around 2019, but sooner or later, it's time to grow up.

Cause Endgame is just fan service.

Really, they wrote IW as a single part story. It had another chunk in it, where the heroes won by the end of that movie. Dr.Strange let Thanos win because eventually they regroup and bring armies to his planet to fight him and win. The stones aren't destroyed, but Thanos uses it again, but it weakens and drains him. The entire Endgame climax of all the armies fighting, Hulk bringing everyone back, it was meant to be the grand finale to IW. Why is it the original 3 Avengers fighting Thanos and not Hulk? Hulk was always meant to be weakened and not get a rematch against Thanos. Why in Endgame doesn't Captain Marvel just fly straight up with the gauntlet? Cause originally Thanos's forces would be surrounding them in space, as when Hulk brought back half of all life, he brought back Thanos army as well. Then they decided to make 2 movies and the russos refused to overbloat IW and cut it in half and decided to just keep it as one movie and change the ending to lead to Endgame. Which was a tacked on sequel. It's fun fan service at least, but yea, step down. Endgame would have worked much better as just a 40 minute final battle at the end of IW, but oh well.

Not buying tickets to capeslop is my middle finger to Marvel.

I didn't like how the different groups met, but it's the perfect execution of live action comics, before it every movie (including on mcu) was just an action movie with a superhero skin. The ending with no music was a nice touch too. I didn't even try Endgame after being finding out they just went back to give fanservice and undo everything, it should be offensive if marvel fans weren't retarded.
>>
>>216040085
Because Endgame is a lazily written crowd pleaser
>>

the official ending to the MCU. Everything after isn't canon.

I got to look at a bunch of hot chicks all at once plus letitia wright, it didn't feel like a middle finger to me.

Infinity War was the last marvel movie. They stopped making anymore after all their characters died. It was a smart decision to end it right there. Other companies would have just kept pushing out garbage endlessly, but Marvel has too much integrity.
>>
As someone who usually dislikes Marvel I will say that its good. It really captures that feeling of a good comic book crossover event. It's a shame they had to go the lamest route possible to resolve everything in the sequel.
>>

Why'd they set up using a magic portal to lop off a forearm, then decide not to use it at the end?

Yes I know, it looked cool so they kept the setup but went a different way at the end.
>>
Loki was the best end to the MCU, and nobody will convince me otherwise.
