You can always tell the difference between a character who is just some weird autistic concept and a character who is based on a real person the creator met in real life. The latter always seem to feel more real.

What's the matter? Can't hold a pint?

This is why Carling playing Hitler felt so watered down, once you've seen Begbie no one else compares

His best role. Although I also liked him in Once Upon A Time

I like him as the lore master of Johnny walker.

He was fucking fantastic as Rumpelstiltskin, I'm saying Hitler was a momma's boy compared to Begbie. Honestly him at the end of Yesterday, I was waiting for him to talk about beating the shit out of Cynthia

That lassie got glassed, and no cunt leaves here till we find out what cunt did it!

I remember a kid who was part of the group when we hit legal drinking age who reminds me of him. Similar anger management issues and really poor judgement; I think he wound up in jail

>I think he wound up in jail
So did Begbie

Probably part of reason the reason they remind me of each other. Steve, the kid I knew. cold cocked a guy much larger than him while standing in line at the bar because the guy touched his hat. We didn’t hang around for the guy to wake up and I figured I should probably not drink with Steve anymore after that. I think I made the right choice

What are some for examples of this?

Barnes and Begbie are examples of realistic characters.

For unrealistic go look at any stock character in any nu-Disney movie.

I once knew a guy who was as psychotic as Begbie except he wasnt the slightest bit outspoken or energetic like the character. He did however seek out violence and when he didnt find it he'd provoke people to fight. Him and a former classmate of mine are two people that immediately spring to mind when I think about psycopaths Ive known who have "dead eyes."
Lance Armstrong and whatshername (girl on trial for murder in Italy) have the same dead eyed look as those guys.

Describes pretty much every David Lynch film

Why didn't he say "this lassie got glassied", it would've made way more sense

Dwight yokam in slingblade is what psychopaths look like like in ghetto places. Having an adult lash out at you for asking for ketchup or wanting to check another tv channel during a commercial break.

Allie sin qualify? Lots of evil people have energetic eyes.
