Why are there so few musicalkino movies? Theres literally nothing besides this and a couple of older movies.

I really liked Evita. I watched it once, but the music and imagery stayed with me for a good long while,including the bulges in the shower during "Peron's Latest Flame".But really, a well-written musical combined with some great cinematography and hit-or-miss acting. I tear up thinking about it.
