Right before the credits roll, Macy tell Adam, "You could do this professionally," which is a hilarious thing for a movie actor to tell a mid-level standup with an internet show. He seemed very kind an genuine throughout the interview so it didn't come off like a dig, just him seriously believing Adam is nobody (which is basically true)

Cum Town was at its best when it was Nick acting like there was no possibility that the show could ever become (more) popular. In old episodes they riff about like "oh when we hit 40k (a month) on Patreon, we should all get matching Chinese robot dick surgery" and then they were making 100k $ a month into the 2020s.

He would be openly be defending racists, making fun of sponsors during ad reads, being mad at woke cancel culture, doing all sorts of cool African/Indian/Mexican/Black voices. He was free, and genuine.

Once he started wanting to become mainstream it was pretty much over, he talked about how he refuses to reuse anything from the pod in his stand-up comedy and then his big youtube production for his comedy special was him stammering about how he supports trans people and abortion rights.

Maybe he's got that problem that rock bands do where everyone only wants to hear the classics that made them popular (e.g. what if a retard was gay, what if a chinese was jewish) and they end up resenting their own success and their own fans and their own music like maybe he resents cum town.
Maybe he genuinely wanted to try becoming a clean comic and leave his extremely online lifestyle behind.
