If I were director I'd assemble actors and crew that I like and use them for every movie.In no time they would be very efficient team and we could put out 10 movies year.Actors would have couple fake personas, so audience doesn't get bored. Only problem is that they have to do very fast makeup and change of clothes at oscar awards
