In the nu-minator movies they take them down pretty easily with armor penetrating 50 cal rounds so idk, I guess part of what made it so scary in the first movie was that they didn’t have access to any professional military weapons and were using some shitty 12 guage with buckshot in it to stun it long enough to run away from it again. I guess the only way to deal with one as a civilian would be to try to drop something insanely heavy on it or maybe try to bury it or something.

>>216058815It's funny how a lot of people say the Terminator is indestructible in the old movies and that it became weaker in the recent ones. In reality, it keeps getting damaged during the first movie, it got a limp leg after getting ran over by a truck and it got ripped in half by a well placed artisanal explosive, so it's not that surprising that you can kill it with some kind of anti-armor high caliber bullet. What I always wondered is how durable are they in the future against laser guns
