Turning 47 later this month. Also having my first knee replacement in a couple weeks. Got into horrible accident at nine and broke my femur clean in two like as in my foot was pointing the wrong direction and I had two bends in my leg. Started gaining weight and hit 330 by the time I was 17. Started losing weight but knees and legs were fucked from childhood obesity. Pushed knees hard during mma/running for years and ignored pain. Is what it is. Came here in 2015. Good times.
