>>216476561>>216476617Alright I'll stop watching after season 3.
>>216476561I mean to be fair he spent most of his life seeing churches go “AHHHH” when he attacks and these guys were like “meh gonna keep praying”
>>216476768lmao I stopped watching before that ever happens, now I'm glad I did
*warning spoliers*one of the greatest shows ever yet season 6 was atrocious. I couldn't care less about Floki and his group of followers, it kept interrupting the story. Floki should have been starved to death much earlier, but the Christian dude should have been sacrificed when they were gonna sacrifice him. I wanted him to die so bad. No idea why Ragnar cared about him so much. Totally excessive. But with season 6 making Ivar a hero after being an evil motherfucker he deserved to be tortured to death, instead he gets to kill Bjorn??? And then the ending was so milquetoast and boring. Delete Season 6 and also tone down all the soap opera shit but otherwise, greatest show ever
>>216476768Aren't there black vikings and shit too in the later seasons?
>>216476768dont forget the chinese princess
>>216477109Fucking what? China is literally on the other side of the world, how the fuck does a Chinese princess end up in Scandinavia?
>>216477263i dropped the show at that point but i don't think the even tried to rationalise it
>>216476186shitty wokeslop for fags
>>216476768There's a paraplegic warrior winning every battle and everyone is scared of him
>>216477327ivar is cool though
>>216477439>the flaming retard is cool thoughFucking lmao, he was the worst character they ever added, even those two guys who were completely indistinguishable from each other were better characters than the crippled faggot with issues
Ubbe was the best of Ragnar's sons
>>216477439He had erection problems
>>216477263Through the Silk Road. She was traded as a slave multiple times until she made it to Scandinavia.
>>216477479Him being crippled is literally from the Norse sagas.
>>216477722He was skinny not a cripple
>>216477745He's cursed with weak bones because Ragnar couldn't wait three days to fuck Aslaug.
>>216477722He wasn't crippled, her nickname was "boneless" and the series interpreted that as having fucked up legs even when other versions say that that was because he was super agile or because his dick didn't worked too good
>>216477793>According to the Tale of Ragnarr Loðbrók, Ivar's bonelessness was the result of a curse. His mother, Aslaug, Ragnar's third wife was described as a völva, a seer or clairvoyant. Aslaug suggested that she and her husband wait for three nights before consummating their marriage after a long separation while he was in England raiding. However, Ragnar was passionate after such a long separation and did not heed her words. As a result, Ivar was born with weak bones.[4]>The Tale of Ragnarr Loðbrók (Old Norse: Ragnars saga loðbrókar) is an Icelandic legendary saga of the 13th century about the Viking ruler Ragnarr loðbrók. It is first found in the same manuscript as Vǫlsunga saga, which it immediately follows. The tale covers the origin of Áslaug, Ragnarr's quest for the hand of Þóra borgarhjǫrtr, his later marriage to Áslaug, the deeds of their sons (and Áslaug) in battle, and Ragnarr's death at the hands of king Ælla of Northumbria.[1]
