Was he objectively evil or an anti-hero?
Evil
He poisoned a small child. You tell me.
>>216484627this
>>216484886it was for the greater good
>>216484627>>216484886>>216484889You don't get it. He did it for his family.
>>216484886>poisoning a kid of lone mother that got knocked up by another gangster with younger brother killed by dealers he was working forhe was doing a mercy kill
>>216484569He kidnapped a child.
>>216484886And Jessie made the same child an orphan. Walt is definitely not a good guy, but when comparing him to Gus, every Salamanca, Jessie, Mike and plenty others, he is comparably much better. Then there are also characters like Skylar where the only reason they haven't done more harm to others is just a lack of ability on their part, not because they are more moral or righteous. And to top it off, when you look at the overall results of Walt's actions, he removed far more evil from the world than he added so he's overall a net positive.
Idk it's been years since I saw it. Watch some newer stuff, fellas.
