Why didnt the low IQ guy ask for a laywer?
>>
>>216490626
Literally who ?
>>
It was the step dad
>>
>>216490626
Because he was low IQ
>>
It was Echols
>>
you look guilty if you ask for a lawyer

Kevin Smith really only rode the coattails from that movie

Jessie Misskelley had been trying to falsely implicate another man who he didn't like in the weeks prior. He confessed to his friend Buddy Lucas that he and his friends Jason and Damien had gone out on the night of the murders and beat up some kids really bad, and that he wanted to turn them in, but couldn't because he hit the kids too. Lee Rush, who was the live-in girlfriend of Jessie's father, said that in the days after the murders, Jessie had strange crying fits and nightmares he'd wake up screaming from. Jessie along with a few of his friends then called the police one day and falsely implicated another man. During that incident Jessie told his friends that he thought Jason and Damien were guilty, and the friends said that Jessie was scared of Jason and Damien. Then Jessie and Vicki Hutcheson, a woman he babysat for tried to get Damien to confess on tape. Vicki the later lied to tge police and told them that Jessie took her to a teenage witch sex orgy. She made up the story to get out of trouble when she wrote some bad checks. It also happened that Vicki's son Aaron was friends with the murder victims.

During the appeals, Jason Baldwin's mother testified that Jessie had a falling out with Jason and Damien after the murders, and that her son Jason disposed of the clothes they wore on the night of the murders, telling her that Jessie stole them and he wouldn't be able to get them back. Damien's sister also corroborated Jessie's confession, telling in an interview that on the night of the murders Damien locked himself in the bedroom and was screaming and yelling into the phone, angry at someone. Jessie had said that after the murders, Jason and Damien called him on a 3 way call and asked him why he fled the crime scene before they were finished. Damien in the call kept saying "what if someone saw us."

Because of all this, Jessie thought he could falsely implicate someone else. And his Dad thought that Jessie was implicating this other man.

Heather Cliett, Jason's girlfriend who was an unindicted accomplice, said in an affidavit that on the day of the murders, victim Chris Byers was at her house while she was on a phone call with Damien Echols, discussing hanging out. Heather also admitted in the affidavit that she was present when Damien to a crowd of people at a softball game that he killed the victims. A witness also told the police Heather was present at a table at a skating rink in the days after the murders, and that the witness overheard Damien bragging to Heather about how he killed the boys. Jessie had also said that on the day of the murders, he, Jason, and Damien were supposed to hangout with some girls and drink, Heather Cliett, likely being one of the girls. On their way back toward Heather's house, they used the crime scene as a shortcut and ran into the victims.

Jessie also confessed numerous times on tape to his lawyer, Dam Stidham, in which tells Dan that he wants to plead guilty, but that he doesn't want to spend the rest of his life in prison, or be an old man when he gets out. Jessie provided new details and corroborating evidence to his lawyer, including leading him to a broken bottle of Evan Williams that Jessie was drinking on the day of the murders. Jessie said he broke it under a bridge, while walking home after killing the boys. The bottle was found on the spot he said it was. It turned out Vicki Hutcheson who had lied to the police to try and make her bad checks go away had bought Jessie the alcohol on the day of the murders.

The subjects of a deceptive series of HBO documentaries known as Paradise Lost. In the films they falsely suggest that the teenage killers on trial for raping and killing thee 8-year-old boys are being framed for witchcraft, because the main killer Damien, was a violent schizophrenic who claimed to be a vampire and was into wicca and claimed to be a Satanist and claimed to be into real magick and liked to kill animals.

On the dvd for the third movie they have deleted scenes from the first movie, showing that they deceptively omitted all the evidence that the killers were guilty, including testimony of witnesses seeing the killers fleeing the crime scene with wet and muddy clothes, an a scene where they DNA test blood found on Damien's necklace and it matches one of the murder victims, but because the DNA tests came back after the prosecution rested their case, it couldn't be admitted at trial without tossing out the trial and starting over, but the prosecution had already pretty much won by that point and didn't need the DNA to convict, so the film makers pretended there was no evidence.

As a result of the movies and its lies, lots of celebrities pressured the state of Arkansas to free the killers, which ended up happening. They were allowed to take Alford pleas where they admit there's evidence to convict, but insist they're innocent. They were then allowed to be paroled with 20 years time served. Peter Jackson, who spent $20 million trying to frame other people to help Damien even brought Damien to visit the set of The Hobbit.

Fuck that's a bummer. Peter Jackson? I kind of got why Henry Rollins was so into it, because they were 'rockers' being persecuted by rednecks or something. But why were regular normal celebrities jumping to their defense?

Celebrities get off on attaching themselves to safe edgy people.

People always say this but I feel in 99% of the scenarios for serious crimes you are better off with a lawyer. Even when youre absolutely innocent you never know when you'll be turned into a patsy.
>>
>>216490984

who cares, if you ask for a lawyer, the cops think "oh fuck, we actually have to investigate this properly now"
>>
>>216492440
I dod and its well stated. Exercise your brain more it wasn't even much to read and I read it on pills
>>
>>216493102
Yeah so we should free child murderers because uhh cops r bad?
>>
I love the second documentary of this, it might the first time i saw people online taking action and coming together on the web in a doc.
>>
>>216490984
You are fucking moron, they have to PROVE you committed a crime, the judge doesn't err on the side of 'look guilty'
>>
First doc is absolutely kino. I still remember sparking a joint as the Metallica song kicks in and just sitting their enthralled for the entirety. Don't think I've had so many questions after watching a kino before.

>>216493839
Crazy how they show the bodies like that

it was probably the aggressive, antisocial, blood drinking, satan worshipper

WM3 and CP5 are guilty as fuck and had insane levels of overwhelming evidence against them but got off due to the innocent project basically running they were victims of "Conservative police", technicalities and the fact the cases turned into a political circus of "bad conservatives just hate goths/blacks".
Damien was a complete and total fucking psychopath who had already attempted to murder kids before, Jessie's IQ was 89 which puts him HIGHER than the average African American but apparently that is too dumb to commit crimes, Jessie also confessed numerous times to cellmates and others, and even Jessies biggest defender fangirl after meeting him turned to "they're 100% guilty and he's evil as fuck".
Central Park 5 knew of details of the case before police even knew there even had been a murder, knew of a "ray" who was also with them involved in the murder (Reyes) and knew of the walkman/headphones long before police were aware.
Police believe that the only reason Reyes took the fall is that he was already in prison for life and Korey Wise who was a prison gang leader, basically threatened him into talking the fall.
Absolutely hate fucking people believe these pieces of shit are innocent because the Innocent Project and bullshit political reasons.

The test they did was called DQ blood typing an archaic sort of genetic test that matches with millions of people. The did real sequencing later and it didn’t match to any of the kids.
>>
Echols was known for torturing animals, these guys always take the next step. I can see how he roped the meek kid and the retard into it and he probably did most of the work while they stood there akwardly and drunk while things slowly went too far.
>>
>>216492152
100% I fucking hate Truecrime documentaries because they're always like this.
Making of a Murderer = Guy was 100% fucking guilty and the entire doco was bullshit
Tiger King = Tries to paint Tiger King guy as a psycho and the Tiger charity chick as a bad guy who murdered her husband, HER HUSBAND IS STILL FUCKING ALIVE LMAO. Just bailed to bang bitches and do cocaine in central America.
The Staircase = Directed by a simp who ignored this guy was overwhelmingly guilty and also killed his other wife in the same exact same fashion.
The Central Park Five = Dindunuttin despite knew evidence of the case and victim and Reyes before police even knew there was a murder. Also Reyes ""confession"" (after several behind closed door meetings with Wise) a fucking giant lardass high on PCP, claimed he "crouch zig zagged behind and tactical rolled" while carrying a fucking LOG to chase down and take out... a trained athlete sprinter.
>>
>>216494245
Also another part about CP5 "THEY WERE COERCED" watch the actual interrogation footage lmao, they were treated completely fairly and with softball after softball.
>>
>>216494269
You can literally just watch the Kevin Richardson interview where his face is scratched up

> But da police must have did day ta frame dem.
>>
>>216490984
not true at all, any responsible taxpaying citizen with a mortgage and a 401k will immediately think of calling their lawyer once they realize they have been charged with a felony, or anything really
>>
Fun fact: WM3 were guilty all along. This is the real world. A lot of people get away with it.
>>
>>216492516
>But why were regular normal celebrities jumping to their defense?
They unironically believe in magick and they respect Echols because they think he's some kind of a sorcerer who not only got away with murder, but managed to leverage his crime to become fairly successful. Almost as if his blood offering was deemed worthy by a greater power. Hollywood psychos see that and they want him to interface with the devil on their behalf.
>>
>>216494245
What? Don Lewis has been legally declared dead since 2002
>>
>>216490626
These guys were clearly guilty.
>>
>>216490626
He knew he didn't do it, so he prob didn't think e needed a lawyer. Besides, he didn't expect them to drill him into confessing whatever the fuck they wanted him to say.
>>
>>216493758
But they did. They had him in for questioning for a very long time, guy was sleep deprived etc. and eventually just started believing what they were telling him he did. That confession was their evidence.
>>
>>216491427
There’s new DNA analysis coming out soon. Bet it’ll be some random trucker fag and everyone blamed the stepdads for nothing.
>>
>>216495208
Wasn't Terry Hobbs, the steph parent of one of the kids, thought to be the perpetrator?
>>
>>216494170
It wasn't used and they still got the conviction LOL Just the witnesses of them leaving is enough and the necklace. End of story
>>
>>216494900
Got anything more interesting to say besides being the 20th person to say that?
>>
>>216495267
He’s a weird guy but everyone in that town is a weirdo and they all blame whoever everyone else is blaming at the time. Would be kino if it was just a serial killer that passed through.

how apparently random arkansas white trash managed to get a fairly impressive roster of hollywood/entertainment people to publicly defend them with their own time and money is one of the strangest fucking things ever, depp not getting totally ruined in the heard fiasco was a big disappointment
>>
>>216490626
One of the weirdest things that happened the night of the killings was that a bloodied Black man washed himself in the bathroom of a restaurant. The police cleaned the scene without collecting any evidence. He may have been a victim, a witness, or involved in some way, but the small Southern town likely did not want the situation to become a racial case. Instead, the incident was turned into a satanic case.
>>
These fuckers piss me off so much I need to hide the thread
>>
>>216494245
Don't forget the OG, Serial, about a Jewish lady who was trying to get a murderous jeet free because she was infatuated with him - something that was so obvious it was even parodied at the time
>>
>it was because they liked METALLICA
you can tell this got grafted onto the whole pysop by some boomer(s) who didn't realize metallica have virtually zero "satanic" elements to their music, were completely sold out by 93 anyway and would have been despised by edgelord fags "damian"
megadeth/slayer would have made at least some sense (and even then)
>>
>>216495735
I think this was just a nigga drunk out of his mind who had gotten into a car accident and bailed

I dont think they did it, teens dont just violently murder kids for no reason

she did get him free in the end, even though the courts have now found him guilty.

I heard one of the boys was castrated but some have doubted this
>>
>>216490984

yes, to some, maybe, but that doesn't mean it isn't the absolute best thing to do if you're charged with a serious crime.
>>
>>216494245
I find true crime interesting but almost never watch documentaries because of either shit like you're describing or they make it too Hollywood and try to make the killer a character. Just give me all the boring details, I find that more interesting than "this cold blooded killer was actually misunderstood and maybe he didn't do it". You know shit is grim when youtube videos do a better job at explaining a case
>>
>>216494245
True. Have you seen The Jinx? What's your opinion on that one.
>>
>>216490984

>Central Park 5 knew of details of the case before police even knew there even had been a murder, knew of a "ray" who was also with them involved in the murder (Reyes) and knew of the walkman/headphones long before police were aware.

lmao why are you lying about something so easily disproven? Reyes was the only one the CP5 didnt claim was involved, and the only one whose DNA was found on the victim.
Funny, that.
