is your old man a kinosseur?
>>
He just watches Caddyshack and Animal House over and over again
>>
>>216491087
Father only watches documentaries about aliens
>>
>>216491087
No. He only cares about FX and it's impossible to discuss anything that is not surface level
>>
>>216491087
Yeah, every time I mention an old movie I watched, he has a story about it.

I showed my parents Miracle Mile last year and he immediately recognized Mare Winningham.
>>
My dad only watches old russian and german films
>>
>>216491087
My dad watches history channel shows and drama cop shows on repeat.
>>
>>216491087
Idk what his favorite movie is but it's either scarface or trainspotting
>>
My dad basically only enjoys Spaghetti Westerns and 60-70s James Bond movies.
>>
>>216491520
Not even John Wayne flicks? Usually, boomers love this shit
>>
>>216491087
Dirty Harry enthusiast and loves ww2 and 70s western movies

>>
If he has the choice then he likes westerns and stuff like Jason Statham movies. He also likes to watch comedies, Monty Python and Mel Brooks films, and stuff form the 2000's. Otherwise he just puts up with whatever my mom puts on.
>>
my dad watches shit like Trashhumpers and The Devils Rejects
>>
>>216491560
I'm only 30...

My dad has always been one of those "I just enjoy everything, I don't criticize anything" kind of guys who watches absolute dogshlock like Gods of Egypt, Jack The Giant Slayer and Transmorphers and if you say anything bad about it he's just like "it's just a movie". I don't get it, I love him though. He will also shit on animation as a medium and thinks it's all "cartoons" but will watch the minions movies alone and love it just because he used to work for universal.
>>
He watches reality TV, civil war documentaries, sports, and any movie od TV show that gets any press.
>>
He would watch anything that's on TV that doesn't demand more than two neurons working at the same time.
>>
>>216491538
You can throw John Wayne in there too.
>>
>>216491087
Damnit, no... He just keeps saying he's watched the same like 10 western films over and over and over again.
>>
>>216491560
Most of the site is foreign/domestic military. Other than the rampant jeets and bots, there is only like 50 people left here.
>>
>tfw 36 year old boomer dad
I like to think I am connoisseur of the kino but really I’m probably just a pretentious faggot
>>
>>216491735
I'm doing those right now. Folding laundry.
