This show glazes Cromwell too much. It takes qualities that More had, and how he treated people, and gave them to Cromwell so that the audience would like him more, and More less. Especially egregious is his daughters in the first episodes, which he shows encouraging them to read, when it was More who famously pushed his daughters to be literate.
