I was just trying to capture the vibe of the show.
Carol is literally this character in this setting; the whole world, even other white women, are serving her every material need with maximal love & affection and it's still not enough.
That to me was an interesting take away thus far.
Also, the show is bereaved of any white male leads so that also says something about the narrative (they burger king kids club'd the remaining stock of free willed people).

The Plurb war will begin after the Plurbs extract the required cells from Carol's eggs and are caught trying to infect Carol against her consent (possibly by one of the other survivors). Meanwhile Carol and Manousos discover that the Plurbs have been conserving energy and centralizing resources to assist in their giant transmitter project, which is the source of the signal Manousos heard on the radio. Animals are infected as well but that will be revealed in The Gap and not the finale.
