Has there ever been an actual horror movie based on the government or a shadowy organization following & terrorizing someone? I can’t actually remember if so, not asking for thrillers either but full blown horror.

I can’t think of any, but there are plenty of action thriller type films like this, including The Net, Enemy of the State, Bourne, etc. but usually the bad guy turns out to be a *corrupt* government official who’s actually working for some corporation or something, because the hollywood types who make these films and shows are all literal commies who want the boot on their neck so bad they can taste it.
